Should I send the hardcopy of CA final revalidation of reg. form to ICAI done online?

NO NO NEED TO SEND , HOWEVER CONFIRM YOUR REGISTRATION ON CALL FROM ICAI

Go to ICAI website, on top right corner there is an option called E-services. Click on that.
Under that many options will be displayed.

Click on the one that contains forms for conversion, revalidation etc.

If you are using this service for the first time, you'll be asked to register.

Later when you login, you'll be asked to upload certain documents.

Once you do that, you can apply online for any of the services mentioned there.

Hai i had registerd fro e-services of icai unknowingly i made a mistake in my fathers name without noticing it i made a revaludation application and payment also,could any one help me to how to edit those details,the error name was seen for every application please help me i dont know whom to contact regarding this matter

i still havent received any correspondence from their side if it has been processed or not.

how can i confirm?

You can check the status in the same option where you applied. Just login and see the status. If it's not processed call ICAI helpline.
Mine is still showing as pending in the status but when I called they told me that it's revalidated already!
