see your attempt is in 2015 and today 2012 you got 3 years time... if your willing to join any organisation go and join... but do not leave CA......and since you have got so much of time.... you even continue you CA, as by the time you get your attempt you would have settled in your job .....
attend for coching classes in between by taking a short break of 1 month or 2 month in between of your job or even you can take classes in the evening or mornings as the coching classes usually inbetween 6-9 AM and 6PM ot 9PM so if you can mannage your job.....you can take these classes....
or else you can do this.... do job for 2 year, so that you get sufficient amount for your coaching, then break your job for 1 year and go for full fledged coaching..
no one is born with knowledge... do not underestimated yourself....
better not to quit CA....please...

My sugession in this regard is join articles right and go for CWA beside, Make optimum use of articles, quitting CA is a matter of one minute. But if once you quit and again at any point of time afterwards you want to study means its really becomes big deal.. Dnt bother about job and earning cuz rest of the life ypu are supposed to earn only.. Right you dont ve any burdens i think so.. !. so make use of this age to fullfill your dream 15000 isnt a matter if once you qualify. I too got job when i was studying, i quit CA and went to that after that i came to know wat mistake i did. Qualify either of CA or CWA for a better future man........ Before approaching to sea you can find many little ponds on the way, but if stare and satisfy with that you ll miss the eternal......... Thats my personal experience.

My sincere advice suggestion is dont quit CA. You may get Rs. 15000 as salary now, but once you quality you will get more than that.
Money you can earn even after 26 years, but qualification is not like that, this is the age for you to study so dont have money in your mind.
Like me people can suggest you lot of things do that do this, but finally you have to decide.
Sit in a calm place make note of what you will achieve if you join the job now and what you will if you join the job after your qualification and then you decide. You are the person to judge you and not us.
But CA - Owning this 2 letters will make you go any where in the world. You have ample time to study for the final.
Once you qualify you will get lots and lots of offers.
Take your articles seriously and learn what ever is possible during the articles period.
