IF U R WILLING TO DO CA WITHOUT CLEARING CPT THAN U HAVE TO WAIT TILL CIRCULAR.
YES The news is correct If in graduation you got 55% marks, then you can get admission in CA on graduation base
its a just a move thought by Council of ICAI....it will take time to be notified as it requires government approval....so, if done you should offcourse persue CA.....
