Should I file ITR1 now? TDS in downloaded JSON is not same as 26AS

Hello all,

I downloaded prefiiled json file from the income tax site. I am filling my ITR. I find that the tds amount is much less than what form26as and banks show. Bank stmt & form26as are matching but say if my TDS is 12000 in 26as then the prefilled downloaded json shows say just 6000.

Should i go ahead and file my itr now or still wait for that downloaded data to match 26as? from where is the downloaded data taken?
