Should i buy new book for Tax

No need ... Go through that book itself which you have.  For any amendments just go through supplementary amendment book before exams. The amendments are also posted on ICAI site.

The Singhania book that you have contains amendments up to 19th Nov'09. For your exam in Nov'10 , just get the amendments from Nov'09 to April'10.  The above link contains amendments which are already there in your Singhania book. Wait till September to have an updated link on ICAI website.

Study comfortably with your book that you have as of now.
