The govt has asked by a circular to file annual service tax return every year by Nov. 30th, from 01.04.2016. What does it mean? Shall I file the annual return for fy 2015-16 by Nov. 30th, 2016 or I shall have to file annual return for fy 2016-17 by Nov. 30th, 2017?

Notification said every Financial Year and F.Y. 01/04/2016 to 31/03/2017 i.e. last date of file return 30th November, 2017. According to notification.
