My company is incorporated 2 days back. we need to increase the authorised share capital ASAP. Can we reduce the notice period of EGM to be held for increasing share capital? we need to hold the AGM in 1-2 days and cant wait for 21 days. Its a pvt ltd co.

A general meeting may be called after giving a shorter notice if consent is given in writing or by electronic mode by not less than 95% of the members
entitled to vote at such meeting -Section 101(1) of the Companies Act, 2013
