Shops and established Karnataka 1st time registration

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have registered office and branch office address for taking shops and establishment registration and have below queries. This registration is for company.

1. as there are two address having one single company name, should we go with multiple registeration option?
2. for 1st time registration how to generate challan for payment ?
3. if the application comes as error. whom can we approach?
4. if documents submitted online.. do we have to also submit hard copy to get original certificate?

If the beach is within karnataka then single registration is enough.You may disclose the additional places while submitting the application

The challan for payment will be from different website

Thank u fo ur updates.. but for some reason I am getting as status failed.. any clue ? why I am getting ? also, are signature of authorised signatory mandatory to upload ?

until this status changes to successful.. payment link won't be available right ?
