Dear Experts,
I have registered under Maharashtra shop act law. My shop act licence is expaire in 2013 now I want to renew this licence I read about late fees 50% of registration fees.
Can I filed application for renewal of shop act licence with late fees now. Any other penalty for delay renewal of shop act licence please tell me or please guide me what I can do now for renewal of shop act licence.
