Do anybody know some consultant who can arrange duplicate shipping bills of last 5-6 years from Delhi customs.. we have misplaced the original shipping bills and it is required urgently

Not possible I guess because icegate only takes information of bill number and bill date. Since it is not asking gstin, no way your company database is created here
