Mr. A received shipping bill stating Shipping Bill No. 76/731(or 761731), dated 25/03/2018. I can not trace the shipping bill no, as it should be of 7 digits number only.
Can anyone guide me to find the correct shipping bill no?

can view IEC based shipping bill no on IceGate website, but it showing shipping bills of last 1 week only.
and on DGFT website, I need to enter shipping bill no, which I am looking for

Mukesh ji, its just 6 digit, is there any specif structure of Shipping Bill Number?
As such it is manual number only. Which may be digitallized as 7600731...... You may try any such combination and verify.

Before doing anything you verify that with which customs the shipping bill has been filed?The Customs with which the Shipping Bill has been filed is covered in EDI System? If the EDI system is not there in the Customs where the shipping bill is filled the subject shipping bill might be filed manually.If there is an EDI System the Shipping bill might be file for manually export under drawback under section 74 or 75 of the Customs Act.
