I want to shift to Final new course. but when i enquired in the institute i was informed that i can do so only after one year of completion of articles. I started my articleship w e f 1st october 2007 and as such i can shift to new course after 01st oct 2008. but will i be eligible to appear in nov 2009 exams under new course.
no May 10 will be the first attempt
there is no such rule to transfer in new scheme.you can transfer by paying a fee of Rs 1000 and by filling a form available from institute at any time. your attempt also due on nov 09 .since after circular from institute old or new scheme studene who cleared p e 2 able to appear in exaim after two year of training.
first of all there is no such condition of completing one year berofe switching to new course. u should ask institute again by going there personally.
and u can appear in nov 09 after switching to new course also.
