I have received RD order confirming shifting of regd office, now do we have to file any other form with roc? if yes then which form? and 2 both ROC?

you have to file INC-22 which is for Chnge in Situation of Regd. office of the company.
Dear Mam,
YOU NEED TO FILE INC-28 WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF THE ORDER OF THE COURT & THEN INC-22 AFTER FILING INC-23.
I also need a favour mam, could you please send me sample inc-23 tat u uploaded, if poss.
