you have to file INC-22 which is for Chnge in Situation of Regd. office of the company.
Dear Mam,
YOU NEED TO FILE INC-28 WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF THE ORDER OF THE COURT & THEN INC-22 AFTER FILING INC-23.
