I have a query regarding shifting of regd ofc from 1 state to another in which Individual notices to creditors by registered post is required to be sent. In my case the Company is doing business of stock broking and having 1800 Creditors (Clients having credit balance in their trading account). So, do I need to send notice to all the 1800 creditors???

yes rules prescribes that notice of application to central govt(inc-23) is to be sent to creditors before 14 days of hearing
