My client is already registered in Excise, He is a dealer of Bulk Drugs, Now He want to Change the Place from Andheri to Santacruz, He approch to Excise department for Change of Address or issue a new number for new place , but he was told by department , you have to cancel the old registration first and than apply for new Excise registrtion for new place.In this procedure, 15 days will go, and you can not do business for 15 days, I want to Know is it True ?, furher isit possible we get first new registrtion and than cancel the Old registration , what is the procedure explain me in details ,
