in my laptop When i use the Shift key in Word or excel when my caps lock is off for first time for UPPER CASE Letter when than it works, but for second time it does not work, and i can not write CAPITAL Letter in continuous typing by using SHIFT key.
Can anyone help?
Hi,
Pl check whether your caps lock key is functioning properly. It is possible that it is long pressed due to which such incidence happens.
Try pressing Both caps lock key 3-5 times & check notifications.
