Can a Trust become a shareholder in a Pvt. Ltd. Company?
If yes please tell me procedure.

The Shares can't be registered in the name of Trust. However, the Trust may invest in the share of the Company and the same shall only be registered in the name of Trustee and to give this effect the trustee has to file declaration u/s 187C..
