hello seniors,

Plz suggest me too. My IPCC is due in Nov 2010. I had accident last month & still unable to walk, at least for another 3-4 weeks. I live in village, so can;t go to coaching till July. I still have to do my ITT as well.

Should I take crash courses. When can I take it? Plz suggest reference books as well. So far, I have Jain & narang for cost & v.k. singhania for tax.   Can I get good marks by self study? I got 150 in CPT (self study)

THANKS IN ADVANCE

hiii.... i consider myself an avg student too. I scored 85.5 in 12th and 151 in cpt. i've already been appeared for one group in nov 09, but couldn't made it, except an exemption in tax. The reason for my failure was costing & fm, i scored 36 in it. My overall score was 199. amongh otheres, i scored 59 in accounts, 58 in law.

this time i.e. in may 10 attempt, i's damn sure abt my clear way to final. so i decided to give both groups. everything was fine, all exams gone pretty good, except nd unfortunately, costing & fm paper. They same blunder happened again.

I'm still fluent in all subjects, but as everybody knows, the thing that matters in any competitive exam is exexcution while writing your answers on sheet. so, i executed my costing paper very badly, i attempted one lenghty Q first of all, of which i was not sure. after messing up with one question, all my decisions went wrong, as a consequence, i'm still in a dillemma abt wat's gonna happen.

in all, wat matters to succeed is right planning and execution while attempting the paper, besides just preparation. One can say that good preparation always reflects in exams, but this rule is not pervasive for all.

It is just a view of student who, has faced a failure nd is abt to face another.
