Share transfer Stamp duty Tamilnadu

Dear Experts,

1.What type of Stamp do we have to affix for Issue of Share in Physical form and where can we procure in Tamil Nadu I mean whether offline or online?

2. What type of stamp do we have to affix for TRANSFER OF SHARE in physical form, which we need to affix in FORM SH4 and where can we procure them?

I referred the Stamp act and found out the rate of Stamp duty. All that is left is the Stamp to be affixed.
