hi all, can anyone guide with regard to affixing of share transfer stamp.in the finance bill 2019 it was mentioned as share transfer stamp is to be calculated at 0.0003% of consideration. please confirm that this is the final. and also please confirm the date of applicability of this finance act 2019.
the matter is under urgent basis.
please help.
