Need one advice regarding share transfer:
State of incorporation of a private company ---- M.P.
Board Meeting held for share transfer ---- M.P.
Now can we use share transfer deed issued by the authority of Delhi NCR or is it compulsory to use share transfer deed of M.P.

In my case transfer executed in M.P. through an agreement and board meeting and transferor also belongs to M.P. so as per my understanding transfer deed of M.P. should be used.
In case of transfer of shares there is nothing to do with the place where the Board meeting was held, The transfer deed should be of the State where registered of the company is situated. So in your case it is compulsory to obtain share transfer deed issued by ROC of Madhaya Pradesh.
