Can stamp duty on transfer deeds be paid physically? Like by affixing share transfer stamps?
If yes, where can I get share transfer stamps in Mumbai?
Or us it compulsory to get it franked online?

Franking is the only option available, as share stamps are not easily available now. Or pay online on gras.mahakosh.gov.in
