I am working in a pvt. ltd., company. I used to maintain all the board meeting - minute books and other registers etc., If any of the share holder sells his share and some of the share holder purchased. Even though it was shown in the board meeting resolutions, can we pay any charges to Registrar of Companies - Please clarify

No...u dnt need to pay anything if it is just a transfer....Just get it approved in the Board and give effect the transfer.
