hello I hv a query regarding share trading.
like I trade in cash market only n always take delivery of shares . no intraday transaction no futures& options trading . Now my question is
1: what is the maximum limit of turnover to avoid tax audit???
2: how to calculate turnover in above cases???

No question of tax audit whatever be your turn over, provided you have been declaring your long term &/or short term gains/losses from the delivery based transactions....
