Sir,

i am dealing with share Market and main income source of salary. purchase share and sale after day after tomorrow some time weekly hold some time monthly hold. Previous year I have filed ITR-1 only income from Salary. please suggest ITR form we don't have business income.

You are having income from salary and short term capital gains, then you have to file ITR 2 . Take others pinon as well .

You can file itr 2 or else you can file itr 3, depending upon the circumstances.
