i have subscribed for the share files i m geting it in to my email box i cant open it , it always shows some eror .i remains at client place for audit for all the time and i cant tell client to rectify this eror.suggest by any other way i can see this file .

U can download file & mail to your mail ID & store in folder
check file in which format accordingly change it make it in xls and than download it will be
