I know that share certificate has to be signed by atleast 2 directors.
my query is :
Can a director ( being a shareholder ) to whom share certificate is issued can himself sign on the given share certificate as he is also the director ? or needs to be signed by other directors.
Dear Vaibhav,
There is nothing wrong in a director signing on the share certificate for shares allotted to him. He is signing in the capacity of "Director".
