We have alloted share certificates for 1,00,000 shares to MR. X ( Director/promoter) represented into 20 share certificates consisting of 5000 distictive shares in each certificate.
Query,
In near future if Mr. X wants to transfer just 2000 shares what would be the procedure and how to issue a certificate to the transferee?
