Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the share certificate of a partnership firm when a partner passes away and a new partner is appointed through a reconstituted partnership deed. The consensus is that if the share certificate is issued in the firm's name, no new certificate is required unless there's a new capital contribution. The key is that the certificate represents the firm's ownership, not individual partners.

A partnership firm can issue share certificate
The Share Certificate issued to the Firm.
Not for individual...

Thank you sir so no need to issue a new share certificate.

Yes, No need to issue share certificate.
In case received new contribution of Capital then You can give.

Note: In the share certificate contains only the firm name then not required to issue share certificate.
