If the Company was incorporated in 1995 and no share certificate is issued till date and there were many transfers and allotment since then to now,how can the share certifiacte be issued now? from back date it is not possible to 20 years back.

have to issue share certificate from back date only otherwise it will non complaince on the part of company.

Practically how is it possible in case of a private company?? to do it from 20 years back as there were allotments and transfers in betwwen this period of 20 years
but mistake is made by the company and it has to be made good to avoid consequences which may arise in near future. the company must be showing the details of shareholders as on agm date and transfer took place in the annual return right on the basis of that issue the share certificate to the shatreholders and transfer deed must not be made also in case of transfer that also should be done good.
