14% Preference Share Capital (` 100 each)
Plz tell me what this 14% means. If possible than plz explain it with example.
Do such things exits in Equity Share Caplital also.

14% here means rate of interest to be paid to preference share capital
e.g. if a company have 14% prefernce share capital (25000 shares of rs. 10 each),then the company will have to pay Rs. 35000 per year.
and no such thing exist in case of equity share capital
