Please don't even try with your pitiful attempts at solemness. What proof do you have? If such an event were to occur it would have appeared in major newspapers or at the most in the CA Journal or in the HLL newsletter. But it hasn't so please stop this non-sense.

Any person who has done or is doing articleship would never write in the juvenile manner of a pre-teen that you do.

My friend castudent please note read with a calm mind what I have said.

You make a claim without proof I have not made any such claims I have quoted what another member has said and said I agree with what he said. In any law a person is innocent till proven guilty. You are making claims about a 3rd party who cannot defend herself that is grossly wrong.

Next you out of the blue claim that I am dummy how and why what did I personally attack you - when you do should I keep quiet? Would you do the same?

CA Journal does publish the names of persons against whom disciplinary action is taken and our media these days is such that the smallest of events even those sub-judice are published.

A matter such as this would have been highlighted definitely if it were true. And it is for your own good that I am saying that your writing style does not indicate the professionalism that is shown by anyone connected with the CA fraternity.

Please stop spreading rumours.

                 i am just telling all this -because many of us -work extraordinarily hard to balance -articleship and exams..........and many like -reena gulati -take dummy and skip articles and score good and take all credits ..........

                          so my mail is directed to such people only - i.e -dummys.........

Yes that is a better approach follow that.

As we learn while doing any audit you have to look for proper corroborative evidence and show it clearly in the WPs so that in case of review any person can draw the same conclusion that you have.

Similarly in this case post proper evidence. Good to see that you have seen my point of view and taken things in the right spirit.
