We filed form SH-7 on 7th May, 2014 and we got time to pay challans (ROC Fees + Stamp duty) was 07.05.2014 to 08.05.2014. While paying roc fees, payment duly made from the bank and after payment, paid challan could not be generated. after that, while paying stamp duty, error was showing "undefined". Due to that, we could not make payment of stamp duty on 08.05.2014. At that time the transaction status of ROC Fees showing was "payment confirmation awaited from bank" and payment status was "paid".
Today the transaction status of form SH-7 is "waiting for stamp duty payment"
Now what is ramady for the purpose? on Form SH-7 ROC fees paid and stamp duty could not be paid.
Please help as amount of ROC fees paid is quite big in lacs.
