In my mother FORM 26AS SFT 005 showing -28758.
So what can I do , can I fill up ITR

You can file her ITR as usual reporting her all the income actually received during the year, without any specific attribute towards the SFT 005. Verify that the interest income of the matured FD is also included in the income declaration.
