Hi, We have a SEZ unit in addition to 3 STPI units. We have not yet got the list of services which are wholly consumed in SEZ used for authorised operations. We need to know that whether we can get the refund of Service tax paid as per Notification no.17/2011 if we pay Service tax before getting the list approved from the unit approval committee. please reply urgently..
It appears that getting the list approved before making application for refund would suffice.
