sir,
we have made SEZ sales ( With LUT ) during Financial Year 2020-21 and 2021-22
while filing GSTR 1 for said Financial Year turnover of SEZ sales is shown in Column No 8A instead of 4A of GSTR1
due this mistake we are unable to file RFD 01A Application for refund
while preparing Statement 4 in RFD 01A it's showing error that ' Data is not available in GSTR1'
kindly provide any solution for above matter

For 2021-22 GSTR-1 can be amended and then refund can be claimed.
For 2020-21 since details cannot be amended online utility for refund will show error. However it is advisable to file refund manually and on rejection proceed to high court. High court may allow relief since mistake is procedural
