It is doing business into SEZ so it should eligible for exemption but on the other side it is doing causal work there. So it is not clear to me but it should get the exeption :)

You have to insist to obtain a "exemption Certificate" in respect of Service Tax,Vast and other statutory items then only it will be valied. More over copy has to be furnished to supplier/contractor not to charge such levies.
