Setting up trading business of food grains in maharashtra

Dear Friends

I am willing to establish a  trading business of food grains (Rice, Wheat etc), the aim is to purchase the grains from the other parts of India and sell here in Mumbai(Maharashtra). But I have no clue about the legal formalities and licencing etc.

Request you to please help me with the required Registration or Licence to be obtaine for this trading activity in Maharashtra?
