Setting in EXCEL

Hai ,

when we prepare any document in excel, I set this document through VIEW-PAGE BREAK PREVIEW everything is ok But when i take print it shows very little FONT and when i increase the font size in system my whole earlier setting spoiled.

can anyone tell me how to make setting in excel after preperation of Document???????

If u set whole sheet in one page excel will automatically reduce the font size, what you can do is, go to print preview and set page by no of pages and set it for more than two pages as per the size od the data...

look for

Excel ---> Print Preview--> page set-up-->page--> scaling-->adjust to: 100%

One thing You go to excel sheet and open file menu then after check print page set up and check print perview and check your size then after click print finally send Print your printer.
