INCOME TAX PRACTITIONER

SIR,

THE DISTRIBUTORS FOR  DTH SETOP BOX , HAVING PURCHASE AND SALES, BUT HE SAY HE GOT ONLY .1% COMMISSION FROM THAT BUSINESS, MY QUESTION IS IN INCOMETAX , WE NEED TO DECLARE THAT SALES OR CONSIDER THE NET COMMISSION ONLY TO HIS INCOMETAX STATEMENT?

if you are acting as an agent then show commission income. if you are making actual purchases and sales then show the sales amount.
