Setoff of cash ledger i DRC-03

while trying to file DRC-03 system got hang up, but amount has been setoff, but we can't file DRC-03, please guide me.

Kindly check you Liability Register , there you can find IPN number .
Provide IPN Number to access DRC 03 Submitted & file it .

I got that, but i want to set off in 2 times in single payment. I filed one DRC 03 in that IPN, but I want do another DRC03 in that IPN only.

You cannot once the IPN is generated
