Does sgst of one state eligible for set off (ITC) from sgst of another state??

Sure..take for Example we have 200rs output mpsgst ..and input of Rs.150 of MH sgst. So can we adjust 150 with 200 and pay net amount of RS 50??

After adjusting IGST & CGST output, then we can utilize balance for MPSGST.

No... You can't.
One State to Another state GST can't be set off except IGST.
