Set off of marks in exam

I got Exe in ISCA in my last exam. This time am writing both groups. If i score more than 60 in any subject of Group II this time will i be able to set off those marks with Group I ?

Your marks in ISCA will be carried as it is. And, YES, you will get set-off of marks.

If I appear for one group of CA finals at a time and donot clear it, and appear for both the groups in next attempt will I get the facility of set off?
