hi if a person is providing two different services, and one of the service is crossing 10 lakhs he is paying the service tax on it. if the other service provided by him is totally different, and does not cross the limit of 10 lakhs is service tax applicable ?

Dear Nasek,
The exemption of Rs 10 lakhs is available assessee wise and not servcie wise. Hence, service tax will be payable if gross receipts from both the servcie exceeds Rs 10 lacs
