Services reg

Sir, I have 2 questions.
1. Can a pure works contractor part with his inward goods to another works contractor for consideration and if so, what will be the rate of tax?
2. If a person is engaged in reparing service alone, then what rate of tax should be charged for such service?
pls clarify

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses two key tax queries for works contractors. Firstly, it clarifies whether a pure works contractor can transfer inward goods to another contractor for a fee and the associated tax rate, which depends on the goods' classification. Secondly, it confirms that repair services are subject to an 18% tax rate.
