Is it possible in case of annual mantainence contract both vat & service tax is leviable.
Eg Contact value 100000
Service tax 10030
Vat 13750
Total value 123780
If not please provide me the notification

yes it is possible because vat is levied on sale and service tax is on servces.
if in contract, both value of material and labour is seperable then on material amount you should pay vat and on labour amount you should pay service tax.
but there no sale of material his is truely service & levy of service tax & vat amounts to double taxation.
