1. Service tax deposit challan G.A.R - 7.
2. Service tax due dates Apri to June = 5th July , July to Sep = 5th Oct , Oct to Dec = 5th Jan , Jan to March =31st March.
3. Service tax return form ST -3.
4. Service tax half year return due date Apr to Sep = 25th Oct and Octo to March = 25th April.
Is there any new amendments for the aforesaid points for the FY 2009 - 10.............?
pls clarify me

THIS THREE MONTH THEORY IS APPLICATBLE FOR PROPRITORSHIP OR PARTNERSHIP ORGANISATION
FOR CORPORATE OR COMPANY OR LIMITED COMPANY THE THEORY SHOULS BE MONTHLY AND 5 DAYS ARE EXEMPTED FROM INTEREST NOT AS YOUR "service tax due date" ONLY FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR INTEREST EXEMPTION
