Turnover limit for charging service tax is Rs.10L.
But is it that this turnover should exceed 10lakhs each year or just once in the lifetime of the company ?
please clarify ...

A person is liable to register himself when he exceeds the limit of Rs 9 lacs and liable to pay service Tax when he exceeds the exemption limit of Rs 10 lacs in a once thereafter he is liable to pay service tax every year until in subsequent year his turnover will not get down and remain constant above 10 Lacs
