Sir, I have heard that the MCHI is going for appeal at Supreme Court on the Judgment, is it correct?

I do not have any knowledge, if the MCHI is going for appeal or not.

But what I understand is that a Law once made is a Law in force & Courts cannot go beyond the Book of Law, unless & until if proper procedure is not followed while passing the said Law.
