SABKA VISHWAS ( LEGACY DISPUTE RESOLUTION ) SCHEME 2019 is effective from 01.09.2019 and will end on 31.12.2019.
Therefore apply for SVLDRS 2019 by filing "FORM SVLDRS 1" ( Under Section 125 of the Finance (No.2) Act 2019 read with Rule 3 of the SVLDRS Rules 2019 ) ASAP. Last date to opt for the Scheme is 31.12.2019.
